The specialist adviser will go through a full fact find with your client in order to provide the most appropriate advice, including a Fintal analysis, which will show entitlements to state benefits, as well as inheritance tax implications. It is important that your client is comfortable with their decision and so we encourage them to consult with family and lawyers.

The advice given is tailored to the individual and, if we believe that equity release is not the right choice, we will tell them.
