How it works

We want to take the time to understand your financial situation and what you want to achieve in detail. Our three-step advice process is designed to make that as easy as possible.

How it works

Equity release may involve a lifetime mortage or home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.

Involve your family We follow a comprehensive advice process, where you have the opportunity to ask us as many questions as you need, and involve close friends and loved ones in helping you make the right choices.

Consider all the options Our professional advisers will explain all the options available to you and help you understand how equity release works.  Advice is free, you will only be charged an admin fee of £749 if you take out an equity release plan we recommend.

Compare products We will also tell you which product if any, is suitable for you. Importantly we will always discuss with you any downsides in considering equity release and ensure you fully understand these before you make any final decisions.

Equity release may not be right for everyone. It may affect your entitlement to state benefits and will reduce the value of your estate.
