Treating Customers Fairly

The fair treatment of everybody who we come into contact with is central to Just Retirement's ethos and is, in part, evidenced by the awards we have won for our service and the satisfaction that our customers express in their dealings with us.
ABI Customer Impact
The Association of British Insurers runs extensive annual research, known as the 'Customer Impact Study', which measures who well customers believe they are being treated by the life and pensions industry, including Just Retirement. In 2010 35 companies took part and over 20,000 people were contacted, making it one of the most comprehensive studies of financial services customers ever undertaken in the UK.
Just Retirement Limited is particularly proud of the positive feedback we received about how we care for our customers and treat them fairly. We want all our customers to be confident in the knowledge that they are dealing with a company which puts fair treatment of customers at the very heart of what we do.
