We have a dedicated team who focus on Just Retirement's culture and the promotion of the combination of behaviours that we feel make Just Retirement unique. The team implement initiatives and communicate feedback across all employee levels and departments.
The team also oversee our Recognition and Reward schemes which seek to acknowledge our people for their contributions and when they go 'above and beyond' expectations.
Of course it’s not just about work. There are regular, well supported social and charitable events that Just Retirement and its employees are involved with and we raise funds for good causes whilst having some fun along the way.
