Culture Team

We have a dedicated team who focus on Just Retirement's culture and the promotion of the combination of behaviours that we feel make Just Retirement unique. The team implement initiatives and communicate feedback across all employee levels and departments.

The team also oversee our Recognition and Reward scheme which seeks to acknowledge our people for their contributions when they go 'above and beyond' expectations.

Of course it’s not just about work. There are regular, well supported social and charitable events that Just Retirement and its employees are involved with. We also raise funds for good causes, whilst having some fun along the way.
