How do I nominate someone else to discuss my policy?

To give permission for someone else to discuss your policy, you will need to complete a form, a copy of which can be downloaded below.

This gives the person you nominate permission to speak to us and discuss your policy, but they will not be able to alter your policy in any way.

If you wish to give a person additional authority then you will need to arrange a Power of Attorney.
