If you have a lifetime mortgage with us in joint names, it will not be affected by your divorce unless ownership of your home is transferred as part of the divorce agreement. The outcome of the divorce, for instance if one of the parties moves out, may then affect the lifetime mortgage and any remaining cash facility.
