Once we receive your request, providing you have the cash facility available to support the request, we will provide you with a key facts illustration and a new loan agreement for you to sign and return to us, should you wish to proceed.
If you would like to find out how much cash facility you have left, please refer to your annual statement or the last loan agreement you received, whichever is most recent.
