Your lifetime mortgage was provided on the basis that you, and where relevant your partner or spouse, would live in the property.
Letting all or part of your property to someone else is not normally permitted. If extenuating circumstances mean that you may need to do this you will need to discuss this with us.
If you want someone else to move into your home to live with you, for example a member of your family, you must first obtain Just Retirement’s written agreement, before they move in.
