In October 2005, Just Retirement launched two equity release products - fixed and roll-up lifetime mortgages - both aimed at helping people unlock the equity in their properties and release valuable capital.

These products were developed to offer maximum flexibility and control. Clients can take an initial cash advance, while keeping a reserve fund to draw on, as and when needed.
