Research by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) shows that 94% of customers believe Just Retirement treats its customers fairly, 94% think we are easy to do business with and 90% believe we really care about our customers.
The ABI telephoned 13,500 customers from 23 providers for the 2011 survey and asked them to rate the products and services they receive. Just Retirement is a member of the ABI.
