Employee engagement We have a dedicated team of employee champions who engage with a network of employee reps across the business. The purpose of this network is to increase employee communication and to keep abreast of employee engagement levels.
We see employee engagement as how employees think, feel and act towards the organisation they work for. There is a proven link that high employee engagement drives increased performance, therefore improving the success of the business. We measure employee engagement on an annual basis.
We also have a team focusing on corporate social responsibility. This network of employee volunteers look at how we support charities, our local community, environmental issues and social activities.
